Countable and Uncountable Noun

# countable noun

For example:  a car a man a house        a flower        an idea        an accident

We can use one / three / four +  countable noun

For example:              one car                  two tables   four houses 

Example in sentences :

They have a car / one car

There aren’t  many trees in the park

New houses are very expensive

We can not get in without a key

# uncountable noun

for example    water air     rice    salt    sugar money                    music sand 

we can not say one / two / three + uncountable noun

uncountable nouns have only one form

for example:   money          the water    my sugar      much money

Example in sentences :

They have got some money

There is not much sugar in the bottle

Everybody likes rice
